Admission into the program is a competitive process. Requirements for admission include the following: a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and graduation from a dental hygiene program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of the American Dental Association; satisfactory academic undergraduate record (B average or better); successful completion of the National Dental Hygiene Board Examination; and current dental hygiene licensure in a least one state
